Operation day : Step by Step for Brazilian Butt Lift
Anesthesia:
Administration of general anesthesia or intravenous sedation for comfort during the surgical procedure.
Liposuction:
For Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, small incisions are made in the areas designated for fat removal, like the abdomen, hips, lower back, or thighs. Regional fat deposits are collected from different parts of the body and transferred to the hips. We use patented method 'Cihantimur Fat Transfer' to decrease the damage of transfer.
This fat transfer method offers guaranteed and permanent results.
The fat is suctioned out of the body using a surgical vacuum or syringe attached to the cannula.
Purification of Fat:
The extracted fat is then purified and prepared for injection into the buttocks. The best quality fat cells are suitable for re-injection.
Fat Transfer to the Buttocks:

- Adhere strictly to all post-operative instructions provided by your surgeon to minimize risks and complications.
- Avoid sitting directly on your buttocks for at least two weeks after the procedure.
- When you do need to sit, use a donut pillow or a BBL pillow to avoid putting pressure on the fat grafts.
- Wear the compression garment as advised by your surgeon. It helps reduce swelling and supports the new contour of your body.
- The duration for wearing the garment varies, typically around 6-8 weeks.
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals to aid healing.
- Avoid strenuous activities and exercise for a period recommended by your surgeon (usually 4-6 weeks).
- Some surgeons recommend lymphatic drainage massage to reduce swelling and improve healing.
The recovery period after Brazilian Butt Lift depends on your age and your overall health status.
BBL does not involve any sutures. It is performed with micro entries. Wearing bandages is not necessary. You can get back to your social life immediately after the operation.
