To perform a Brazilian Butt Lift procedure, there are three main steps:
Consultation : Discussing needs and outcomes
Before the procedure, you will have a consultation with your doctor to discuss your goals, and outcomes.
After agreeing on the details of the surgery, the medical staff schedule your operation day.
Anesthesia:
Administration of general anesthesia or intravenous sedation for comfort during the surgical procedure.
Liposuction:
For Brazilian Butt Lift surgery, small incisions are made in the areas designated for fat removal, like the abdomen, hips, lower back, or thighs. Regional fat deposits are collected from different parts of the body and transferred to the hips. To decrease the damage during the fat transfer we use a very special and patented method called ‘Cihantimur Fat Transfer’.
This fat transfer method offers guaranteed and permanent results.
The dislodged fat is then suctioned out of the body using a surgical vacuum or syringe attached to the cannula.
Purification of Fat:
The extracted fat is then purified and prepared for injection into the buttocks. Only the best quality fat cells are chosen for re-injection.
Fat Transfer to the Buttocks:
The surgeon injects the purified fat into specific areas of the buttocks to increase volume and improve shape. Several injections may be necessary to achieve the desired result.
Closing the Incisions:
Incisions may be closed with sutures or left open to drain. Temporary drains may be placed in the incisions beneath the skin to remove any excess blood or fluid.

- The duration for wearing the garment varies, typically around 6-8 weeks.
- Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
- Eat a healthy, balanced diet rich in proteins, vitamins, and minerals to aid healing.
- Avoid strenuous activities and exercise for a period recommended by your surgeon (usually 4-6 weeks).
- Some surgeons recommend lymphatic drainage massage to reduce swelling and improve healing.
The recovery period after Brazilian Butt Lift depends on your age and your overall health status.
Procedure does not involve any sutures. It is performed through micro entries. You do not have to wear bandages.
